In-House Crews
During Hurricane Laura / Delta we staffed up to 200 workers on the Operation Blue Roof Program. We were a First-Tier Subcontractor under ESA South. We hold in-house crews, and engage with only a select few subcontractors.
Training
Our workers & subcontractors are required to be certified by BlueRoofSchool.org, and an ID Card and certification number is a pre-requisite to being employed by Gulf Coast XBT – We offer paid vouchers for the right potential employee.
Software Solution & Data Management
We’ve used our years of experience to develop a proprietary software solution, providing field-ops, dispatching, reporting, and databasing of ROE Data. Our jobs always come back with the proper pictures and documentation to ensure we all get paid!

We’re fully insured, and compliant with all applicable labor laws. We are partnered with one of the largest PEO’s.
